Part of Stirlingshire Wild Food Festival.
This is event for over 18s only as we will be sampling some hedgerow spirit infusions, beer and shrubs. It will be a short walk along an uneven path. Stopping along the way we will talk about various plants and how they have been used historically and how they can be used now to create drinks. We will forage to find some of these plants, talking about their medicinal properties and tasting as we go. My aim is to inspire you to try and experiment with what is around you and create your own simple drinks.
Remember this is an outdoor event in Scotland in September so dress accordingly.
Please meet at Trossachs Wild Apothecary tent, the walk will commence from here.
