Tending Our Garden of Life: An Introduction to Mindfulness & 16 Guidelines for Life

Come along and discover how to use your inner strength to create a happy and fulfilling life. If everything is changing, many things are possible. It is challenging to venture deep into our ourselves, this process can be demanding but also thrilling, liberating and profound. Who are you? What are you doing here? How can you make the best of the years you spend on the earth? Led by Gillian Watt an experienced practitioner and accredited 16 Guidelines facilitator.
This session will include some time in our outdoors space, please wear appropriate clothing.
The theme of this programme, ‘Tending Our Garden of Life’ invites us to reflect and think about the way we experience the natural world. The programme incorporates ‘The 16 Guidelines for Life’ a set of ethical values based on a simple idea – we can change the way we experience the world by reflecting on and transforming the way we think, act and relate to others and find meaning. Come along and discover how to apply the guidelines in daily life.
