Learn the basics of book binding in this 2 hour introductory workshop with local professional creative Felicity Bristow. “There is something very meditative about making blank books, and satisfying also as the process is so absorbing and the custom colours and sizes”

Felicity studied at Edinburgh College of Art and has an MA in Contemporary Art Practice, a CofHE in Art & Design and is a qualified Architect. She is a professional member of Visual Arts Scotland, The Society of Scottish Artists, Scottish Contemporary Art Network and was a founding member of the artist book collective bound : unbound.

Felicity established Felicity Bristow Studio in 2012 after falling in love with hand binding books and printmaking while on the part-time BA in Art & Design course at Edinburgh College of Art. Felicity is based at her studio in Melrose, Scottish Borders.
