Originally from Lancashire, Tina Jordan Rees is a multi-instrumentalist and composer now based in Glasgow. Her debut flute and whistle album, Beatha is an upbeat and energetic record. It is a culmination of Tina’s years of composing tunes whilst living in Ireland and Scotland. Meaning life in both Irish and Scottish Gaelic, Beatha celebrates the small moments of joy experienced in the everyday. Tonight Tina is joined by Seán Gray on guitar, Lea Larsen on bodhrán and Charlie Stewart on double bass.
