This workshop with writer and labyrinth facilitator, Elaine Reid, combines the wellbeing aspects of labyrinth walking with writings. Spending time walking the labyrinth allows you space to slow down and simply be. Elaine will guide you on how to walk and provide space and inspiration to write in order to further reflect on your experience of walking her 24-foot indoor canvas labyrinth.
