‘Little Sea Monsters’ is part of a bumper summer series of children’s summer activities complementing the new family-friendly blockbuster exhibition Sea Monsters!
‘Little Sea Monsters’ activity sessions for under fives run on Wednesdays and Sundays over the summer.
During the one hour session between 10am and 11am, young visitors will enjoy stories and crafts and snacks are included.
Activities vary each week. On Sunday 17 July for example, visitors will dive ‘Under the Sea’ hearing the tale of a fisherman and his unexpected visitor before creating their own ocean wildlife and even enjoying a ‘visit’ from a family of make-believe sharks!
The Scottish Maritime Museum’s ‘Sea Monsters!’ exhibition celebrates the fantastical and mythical sea creatures of Scottish legend and maritime mythology across the world.
Spaces are limited so early online booking is highly recommended.
