Vicky warmly invites you to this Mindfulness for Beginners 8-week course designed to introduce you to the concepts of mindfulness and gently guide you through the practice of meditation.
Over the course, you will be introduced to:
• The myths and barriers to practicing mindfulness meditation
• The benefits of mindfulness meditation
• Techniques and practices you can do at home
• How to incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life
For people new to mindfulness, who have heard about it and want to find out more, or for those wanting to refresh their practice and remind themselves what it is all about.
We invite you to learn and experience mindfulness meditation in this warm and friendly class.

The course runs for 8 consecutive weeks: Thursdays, 10.30–11.45 am starting 30th Jan 25.
