Solmaz Eradat will be back in September with another of her fabulous Persian cooking classes. In this class she will teach you how to make a delicious 2 course Persian menu that is perfect for autumn as the nights draw in.
Learn how to make a Makaroni, which is a Persian spaghetti dish accompanied by mast-o-khiar (Persian yoghurt dip). For dessert there is khagineh, a delicious sugar omelette. These dishes are suitable for vegetarians as for the meat dish we can substitute quorn for the mince.
Come along and enjoy a relaxing and inspirational Saturday morning with us. Once we have prepared the dishes we will sit down together to enjoy what we have cooked.

This event will be taking place at our Flavour and Haver cook school in Leith, a short walk from Leith Walk and Pilrig Park. Accessible through Lothian Buses via Leith Walk, Great Junction Street and Bonnington Road.
