Dr Nicky Small and Syd House, both based in Perthshire, perform together as PlaidSong, specialising in combining history and song in their performances (see www.plaidsong.co.uk for more background and links to their music ).
For this special evening of songs and storytelling, they will be performing songs that reflect on the Drovers Tryst and the associated history of Perthshire (and maybe a wee bit beyond).
