We would like to invite you to join us at our Autumn Pregnancy & Mindfulness Yoga Retreat held in the blissful Restoration Yard, Dalkeith Country Park. This retreat is suitable for mums to be who are 15 weeks pregnant up until birth.
We will welcome you at 9:30am with a light breakfast and teas, followed by 90minutes of yoga for strength, stability and support in pregnancy. Following your first yoga session you are welcome to spend some time resting, or exploring the local area, Nikki will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
We will then enjoy a light lunch, before enjoying a 45 minute meditation session. Following this session, we invite you to join an hour long interactive session on how we can use the yoga & meditation techniques practiced on the day, to invite calm in our pregnancy, labour, birth and those early weeks with a newborn.
After a short tea break, we will round the day off with a second restorative yoga session, using props, scents, and sounds to unwind, before finishing with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra. We aim to finish the day at 4.30pm.
The ticket price includes all sessions, food and drinks, as well as a gift bag containing Mum to be products, teas and other treats including free access to our members area containing on demand yoga & meditation content.
