During the day, meditations will help us to feel present and awaken our senses, we'll sit back and enjoy a demonstration on how to make a delicious, easy raw fruity dessert over a cup of tea and share our thoughts and tips on #mindfulness and #rawfood leisurely over a lovingly homemade 3 course vegan, raw lunch.
All the food we will make and share during the day will be vegan, raw and free from gluten & refined sugar. Please note the recipes will contain nuts. Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or intolerance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
