Friday night is comedy night as Comedy Dundee lays on another hilarious line-up including headliner Raymond Mearns and host Joe McTernan.
Headlining the show will be Raymond Mearns, one of the UK’s busiest circuit comics. Described by Frankie Boyle as ‘a genuine improvisational genius’, he has gained recognition as one of the most consistently hilarious comedians in the land. Balancing his comedy career with film and TV, he has had roles in Rab C Nesbitt, Limmy’s Show and BBC Scotland’s Breaking The News. Raymond will be performing an entirely different set to his July 1st appearance.

Your host for the evening is Joe McTernan, a popular Edinburgh based comedian with an energetic style. He has performed on BBC Scotland's 'The Comedy Underground', co-created an award-winning sitcom alongside Daniel Sloss, and has been chosen as support for Tom Stade and Steve Hughes. Joe has recently had over 2 million views and counting for his character-based comedy sketches on Tik Tok and Instagram.

Opening the show will be Paul McDaniel, a Northern Irish comedian with an act that Chortle described as "an explicable delight". He has also appeared on BBC's Scot Squad and was a finalist in 2018's Scottish Comedian of the Year, winning Breakthrough Act at the Scottish Comedy Awards in 2020.
