The legendary Billy Kirkwood hosts AND headlines a special edition show at Number 57, with support from Bruce Fummey and Kate Hammer.
Billy Kirkwood is a five-time Scottish Comedy Award winning comedian, broadcaster and lunatic. One of the UK’s most watchable acts, he is an inventive and energetic performer with a loveable stage presence and an unbridled mischievous streak. You might have seen him on BBC Scotland, ITV, MTV, Dave, Comedy Central and the WWE Network.

Opening the show will be respected comedian and Perth’s funniest son Bruce Fummey. Bruce has won Scottish Comedian of the Year, been nominated for Scottish Comedy Awards and appeared on TV and Radio. He is also well known for his hit YouTube channel Scotland History Tours, on which he writes and presents entertaining and informative videos that have amassed over 12.8 million views.
“This man exudes infectious warmth and humour” - Chortle
“Put simply, he is a very, very funny man” – The Skinny
The night’s middle act will be the fantastic Kate Hammer. Anaemic, Canadian, and disgusting, Kate Hammer (BBC Short Stuff) has performed at Just for Laughs, opened for Karen Dunbar, and was a semi-finalist for LGBTQ Comedian of the Year and Funny Women 2022. A writer, performer, and all-round emotionally unavailable person, she is ready to be way too personal, wear high-waisted jeans, and make you laugh.
