After going through different cities in Spain in February (Bilbao, San Sebastian and Madrid), The Boys With The Perpetual Nervousness have decided to include Edinburgh as part of this mini-tour in acoustic duo format. In addition to delighting us with the songs from the three albums -already cult- released by the group (Dead Calm, in 2019, Songs From Another Life, in 2021, The Third Wave Of..., in 2022), the duo will perform some songs from the catalog of the other main group led by Scotsman Andrew Taylor: Dropkick. They will be accompanied by the band from Glasgow U.S. highball.
The Boys With The Perpetual Nervousness is one of the fittest bands of the new wave of jangle pop that is sweeping the globe, with especially hot spots on the sunny West Coast of the United States, the Australia that brings us so many musical joys, and the Scotland home to several of our favorite bands. From the outskirts of Edinburgh, and for just over 20 years, Andrew Taylor has been offering us hundreds of resplendent pop songs, with American touches, suggestive melodies and heavenly voices. If you like pop with various prefixes (power, indie or jangle), go to this concert with joy.
