TAO is a dynamic contemporary jazz collective from Glasgow, Scotland, led by drummer and bandleader Roan Anderson, who is about to release its first album. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant jazz scene in Glasgow and beyond, TAO crafts soulful and modern jazz compositions that weave together heartfelt melodies and infectious rhythms. With a lineup featuring Ewan Johnston on keys, Simon Herberholz on saxophone and Chris Quinn on bass. TAO's music reflects personal experiences of self-discovery, loss, and cherished memories, promising to take audiences on an extraordinary journey of emotion and musical exploration.
