The culmination of SISF is for you to join in with a story… whoever you are! Experienced bards or complete novices, young or old, grimy or beautiful, we all go into Hallowe’en with a certain sense of foreboding. It is a time when the veil between light and dark invites the unholy to be blessed and the innocent to be drowned. This marathon event brings storytellers from different nations together with local people in a storytelling extravaganza, to face off against the demons of Hallowe’en, with a special improvised ceilidh telling of ‘Tam O’ Shanter’ to fire the imagination around 8pm. Come along if you dare. Hosted by the irrepressible storyteller Alexander Mackenzie.
