The Four Pillars of Happiness Course

The Four Pillars Of Happiness course consists of four, weekly sessions where you will learn positive habits relating to one of the themes associated with the Four Pillars: Gratitude, Presence, Relationships and Meaning. You will be introduced to simple, evidence-based actions that have been proven to improve overall wellbeing to help you unlock your happiness potential.
Expect space for reflection, encouragement to flourish and the opportunity to set intentions to improve your personal happiness. There will be fun, there will be laughter and there may even be cake!
