Introducing the first in a new series of small concerts: an intimate evening of traditional music at the newly refurbished Spott Village Hall with performance by newly formed The Peg Collective.
Featuring: Carly Blain (fiddle, Monster Ceilidh Band, Real Time), Graeme Armstrong (Guitar, Talisk - MG Alba Scots Trad Music Awards Folk Band Of The Year 2017), Sarah Brown (fiddle), and Claire Campbell (fiddle, Abagail Grey) plus supporting act.
This is a new venture for the Village Hall and you won't find a better venue for a small traditional music concert. There will be a trad music session after the concert is finished.
Doors open and bar from 7.30pm, music starts at 8pm.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Head up the Spott Road 1.3 miles from the Spott Roundabout (2nd roundabout at Dunbar if Southbound from Edinburgh, 1st if Northbound) and the village hall is on your right as you enter the village. Parking is on-street. If walking, allow 20 mins from the roundabout.
What can I bring into the event?
The hall will have an alcohol licence for the event and will be selling bottled beers and wine by the glass.
We will be having a trad music session afterwards so if you play an instrument and would like to join in, please remember to bring it along!
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Electronic tickets are accepted on the door, but if your mobile dies... paper is always safe. Also see the FAQ below on ticket transfer.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
We're happy for you to transfer your ticket to someone else but they must bring a printed ticket with them.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Of course - though as above, please bring a printed ticket.
