The NNR will host a trail of hand made ceramics for people to follow round a set path. The ceramics have been made by pupils from Glassary, Kilmartin Primary Schools and Lochgilphead High School who have worked with artist Lesley Burr. The Tileworks Walk was so named because there was a tileworks and a claypit adjacent to the reserve. In addition there were cottages, which were occupied by estate workers till the 1950s. The cottages are no longer there but the project has looked at the culture, heritage and the environment surrounding the tile works.
