Running on Tiree is all about enjoying the freedom of the island on foot. Whether you run, jog, or walk the 10K, you start and finish on the beach, and follow the undulating coastal route towards Hynish and back. And with no hills to speak of, the course is suitable for all abilities. The half marathon is a bit more challenging, cutting up inland, where it's a little more hilly, before returning to the beach for the finish. There's a dance at An Talla in the evening, with prizegiving and celebration for the finishers.
