GLASGOW CATHEDRAL CHOIR REFLECTS ON CONFLICT
A century after the 1918 armistice, Glasgow Cathedral Choir considers the profound emotional questions humanity still faces in its quest for peace. Combining music with words, the evening features well-known choral masterpieces alongside more unfamiliar works, and spoken verses including poetry by Lauchlan Watt (Minister of Glasgow Cathedral 1923–34). As well as singing for weekly services, Glasgow Cathedral Choir regularly appears on BBC TV and radio. Don’t miss this rare chance to hear them perform in concert.
