"We are all screwed up, and that's ok!"
In this entertaining and informative workshop Dawn Walton will use her years of experience as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, working with over 600 clients, to help you understand the basis of many mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem and addictions.
You will learn how our brains are working on an outdated set of rules that come from the caveman days, and understand how these outdated rules get in the way of your day to day life.
You will learn how limiting beliefs can lead to common problems such as procrastination, imposter syndrome, and anxiety.. You will also learn how to move beyond those limiting beliefs. Once you realise that you can’t read minds and you can’t time travel, you will be amazed at how much easier it is to accept yourself for who you are.
You will come away from this workshop with more than just insight. You will also gain some practical techniques that you can put into place straight away to make your life easier.
