Henderson is a writer from Inverness. Her first book "Josephine Tey: A
Life" was listed as a Book of the Year by the Observer, the
Independent, and the Telegraph, and acclaimed by reviewers in the Wall
Street Journal, TLS, Literary Review, and elsewhere. Jennifer writes
about history and biography, with a particular interest in the history
of the north of Scotland, and her new book "Daughters of the North:
Jean Gordon and Mary, Queen of Scots" was published in March.Martin
Edwards: Martin Edwards received the CWA Diamond Dagger, the highest
honour in UK crime writing, in 2020. A prolific author, he has been
described by Otto Penzler as ‘the best living practitioner of the
classic detective story’ and by the British Library as ‘the
leading expert on classic crime’. He is the author of twenty-one
novels, including Gallows Court and Mortmain Hall.
