Yoga at the Castle
Join Susan Ferreira, Holistic Health Practitioner, in Dunollie's spectacular castle ruins for a slow and mindful yoga practice withdrawing the senses, stilling the mind and reconnecting to self through a balancing combination of practices including breathwork, Yin yoga, Slow Flow, guided meditation, Philosophy and yoga nidra. The intention of each session will be inspired by natures elements, our seasons and cycles and take place with Oban Bay and the Inner Hebrides as a backdrop.
Each session last about 1 hour and is suitable for adult beginners although it may not be accessible to people with mobility issues as Dunollie Castle is situated on top of a steep hill.
Please arrive at Dunollie Museum, Castle and Grounds' reception booth 15 minutes before the start of the class to allow time to walk up to the castle.
This event may be cancelled last minute due to adverse weather conditions. Should that happen, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
