We use age old artisan Italian techniques when making our dough which is freshly prepared every day. Our slow risen dough means more flavour and easier digestion. We use the best quality fresh ingredients, locally sourced where possible and our tomato sauce is hand made from delicious sweet plum tomatoes from Napoli.
