The Ardanaiseig Restaurant is noted for its imaginative use of fresh produce - particularly seafood for which the West of Scotland is famous. Herbs from the walled garden enhance the subtle flavours of the mouthwatering dishes created by head chef Cornel Uys.
The food is well complemented by a distinguished and international selection of wines (and more than 50 single malt whiskies) from our extensive cellars. The breakfasts are huge and very Scottish. At tea time our homemade breads, scones and jams come into their own.
All dishes are based on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, cooked to perfection in the state-of-the-art kitchen and served in the elegant dining room. Evening meals consist of a 5 course tasting menu. Reservations must be made in advance, with prices averaging £50 per person.
