Ardshealach Smokehouse and Fine Foods is a small family business on the West Coast of Scotland. We are situated on the Sound of Arisaig in a small bay in Glenuig amongst the most breathtakingly, spectacular, unspoilt scenery in the Highlands.
The Smokehouse was established in the 1980s in Glenuig and became part of Ardshealach Fine Food business in 2013 .
We are one of the few remaining smokehouses to use the traditional methods of curing and slow smoking over shavings from old whisky barrels.
The processing of all our products is done traditionally by hand, from filleting, curing and smoking, to slicing and packing.
Our aim is to produce great tasting food of the highest standard.
