In recent months, the proprietors, Calum and Rachel Ross, and our head chef and his team, have sourced some wonderful Scottish produce, including Aird Farm Lamb, Loch Melfort Langoustines and Isle of Seil Venison, Isle of Seil Venison, Inverawe Salmon and Loch Fyne Langoustines. With everything freshly prepared on site, including bread, jam, ice cream and chocolates you can be assured of gourmet delights. The restaurant is also blessed with one of the finest views on the West Coast, with open views to the islands of Shuna, Scarba and Jura.
