Our Food Philosophy
Simple, affordable and reflecting the seasons
Our aim is to offer a simple menu based on great food at affordable prices. We favour local suppliers and include local East Neuk specialities in line with the changing seasons on land and on the sea.
Our Wine Philosophy
Consistent, affordable, good quality
We take great care to ensure that we keep good stocks of our main house reds and whites, ensuring that a consistent range of wine is always available by the glass. We also endeavour to provide a broader selection of good-value wines by the bottle on our wine list – combining well-known varieties and new experiences.
Our Beer Phlos...Phlosho.... Philosophy:
Variety, Quality, Authenticity
Well, yes we do have a beer phloshofy. Based on a great affection for great beers. In our cask selection we give a good place to local and regional craft ales.
