We are based on the southern shore of Loch Tay, in Highland Perthshire, and this beautiful area is the inspiration for our chocolates. Throughout the year, the chocolate selection available will follow the seasons, always changing and developing, always using fresh, natural and whenever possible wild ingredients.
In the winter there are warm rich flavours such as fresh ginger or black pepper and orange; in spring time, we start to forage for wild flavours – like elderflower, wild mint and Scots Pine. As summer progresses, we use locally available fruits – such as raspberries and cherries.
We use a high quality 70% cocoa Fairtrade chocolate shell, filled with a fresh double cream ganache. As the centres are made from fresh ingredients, the chocolates have a shelf-life of two weeks.
Our chocolates are available at a number of local markets, as well as a few select shops in Scotland. They can also be purchased through our online shop.
Best of all though, is to visit our workshop - where you can see how we make the chocolates, talk and taste chocolates. We also run chocolate making workshops.
