Our Craft Chocolate Experience takes you behind the scenes of our charming factory in a farm, where award-winning organic chocolate is created from bean to bar. See the process up close — from roasting and refining cacao to tempering and moulding bars — while learning how we work directly with smallholder farmers in South and Central America to source rare and sustainable cacao.

Guests also temper and mould their own chocolate bar to take home, before enjoying a tasting flight of our single-origin chocolates and flavourful creations. Tour tickets can be purchased online, and visitors are welcome to drop into our weekday factory stock room to buy chocolate directly or use our convenient click & collect service through the website.
