I have been a member of the Slow Food Community for more than thirty years, and my “mission” is to safeguard Scotland’s food culture through home cooking. I have been organizing authentic culinary experiences at my home since 2015.
My experience creates a genuine connection between curious travellers and a welcoming Scot, showcasing the very best of Scotland through food and friendship.
Few travellers get to enjoy the real deal. Connecting with locals gives you the chance to engage with the culture of a place first-hand, together with the people who know it best.
My authentic food experience lets you dive into local life through food, enjoying traditional lunches and dinners in Inverness.
As every experience is tailor-made, there is something for every food lover, and I am proud to create unforgettable moments for people on their travels.
Lunches: “The Robert Burns”, a Summer Burns Supper, three-courses, £55 per person, maximum 6 guests, two hours.
