At Courses For Cooks, clients become more confident cooks, are inspired with new recipes and achieve new skills whilst enjoying a relaxing day out.
Jenny Thomson, cook and chef for over 25 years has thrown open the doors of her family home to offer bespoke cookery expertise for small groups and individuals.
Half or Full Day Cookery Courses
· A wide range of hands on practical courses available
· Beginners to competent cooks catered for
· Locally sourced ingredients, utensils, aprons and recipe sheets are provided
· Refreshments and light lunch are included
· Take home what has been made to share with family and friends
· ½ day 10am to 2pm
· Full day 9.30 to 4pm
· Maximum 4 people, plenty 1 to 1 tuition
Demo and Dine
· Cookery demonstration with lunch, dining on what has been created
· Seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredients are made to suit requirements
· Recipe sheets provided
· Refreshments and a 3 course lunch included
· Minimum 6 people, maximum 10 people
· ½ day 10 to 2pm
