Our chefs craft hearty meals with a fresh, contemporary feel. We use local produce whenever we can – and the Highlands present us with a wonderful choice of ingredients. Fish from the River Dee and from the coasts nearby. Local Highland venison. Much of our beef comes from our own farm, and we grow our herbs in the hotel’s garden.
Using this freshness and flavour we create a full range of dishes. Our breakfast will set you up for a morning on the hills; when you return, Afternoon Tea in the lounge awaits. Our Steak Nights every Thursday are always popular, and on Sundays we serve a traditional table roast.
Our restaurant offers an extensive all day menu, including many delicious choices from the grill. The wine list has been selected by our personal master of wines. Children are welcome, and can order from the main menu (half portions are available) or from our separate children’s menu.
Our cosy Ceilidh Bar and lounge also offers a large menu of classic dishes, plus a full range of drinks including a comprehensive selection of single malt whiskies.
