Eviedale Bakehouse & Bistro is Orkneys first Sourdough bakery and sourdough pizzeria, making Neopolitan style pizza in Orkneys first wood fired pizza oven. Our sourdough bakery makes a range of sourdough bread, croissants and other pastries, all hand made on site. Currently offering a takeaway service for our pizza, we are hoping to re-open our bistro which has been closed for sit in service since lockdown. We are excited to be building a bespoke building for Orkney's first sourdough bakery.
