George Campbell & Sons premises are in the heart of Scotland, in the City of Perth. Here are fishmongers work through the night and the early hours, recieving fish from the boats landing at markets all over Scotland. Filleting and portioning, preparing and smoking the finest fish, landed daily. Then, in our own fleet of refrigerated vans, we deliver to hotels, restaurants and caterers throughout Scotland. On visiting our retail premises, the only fresh fishmonger in Perth, you can see where our own Salmon is Smoked, sample our own Seafood 'ready to eat' range, or book a tasting expereince in our Demonstration Kitchen.
