Our in-house Smokery provides ingredients for some of the dishes including hot roast and cold smoked salmon, venison and duck.
All our organic wines are sourced for their low (or nil) levels of sulphites and there is an extensive range of grape choices in either wine by the glass or bottle: red, white and rose. The soft drinks are all natural and offer a huge variety of flavours from ginger beer with chilli to elderflower, rhubarb and strawberry to plum and cherry.
As the only licensed premises in Scotland to be ‘real ale only’, all our ale and ciders are brewed in Scotland with a focus on providing real taste, real flavour and no man made gases or chemicals. Our real ale, from Cairngorm Brewery, is brewed in the Highlands with old favourites all year round as well as seasonal beers. We have a wide selection of Scottish single malts and gins to choose from too!
