Our AA-Rosette awarded restaurant, Hickory, features intimate booth seating in crushed velvet, cool marble table tops, and soft leather chairs. The signature menu offers tempting dishes including the best of locally-landed seafood and meat from pedigree herds, alongside seasonal vegetables.
Afternoon tea is served every day and guests can take their tea in the restaurant, in the drawing room, or, in the warmer months, on the patio area overlooking the gardens.
Over breakfast, guests can enjoy the morning light streaming through the large bay windows. In the evening, diners can watch the sun set over the Moray Firth. Keep an eye out for dolphins playing!
