Hillhead of Covington is a dairy farm near Biggar in South Lanarkshire. We love our cows and the milk they produce. So we pasteurise some of it to share directly with you.

We are the Baillie family from Hillhead of Covington, a dairy farm milking 400 cows located between Tinto Hill and the river Clyde in South Lanarkshire.
We pasteurise milk from our cows and this is available to buy at a milk vending machine at The Milk Hut at Hillhead of Covington. Here you can but fresh pure and natural whole milk and 6 different milkshakes. You can bring your own container or buy one of our reusable glass bottles to fill, enjoy and refill over and over again.
At The Milk Hut you can also enjoy a fresh bean to cup coffee, hot chocolate or tea all made with our own fresh milk. A selection of Cakes of Covington home baking by Eva Baillie is also available from the vending machine alongside local eggs.
The Milk Hut at Hillhead of Covington is right next to the working airy farm and has amazing views where you can sit and enjoy your milk, milkshakes hot drink and cakes.
