The waterside is a bistro that enjoys stunning views over the bay of Firth, serving breakfast and lunch to sit in or takeaway six days a week using the finest produce orkney has to offer.

In June 2020 Orkney Street Food opened a new food trailer in the middle of a pandemic. Now, two years on, we are now bringing our trailer vibes inside to our new location at the waterside in Finstown. Open from Monday to Saturday The Waterside serves many breakfast and lunch dishes already familiar to the regulars of the Beiting and Brew food trailer as the influences of street food continue to come from around the world.
