Since opening in late February 2025, Rising Tide Cafe has quickly been welcomed by the local Portobello neighbourhood. Founded by a husband-and-wife team with a passion for good food, community and creativity, the cafe is truly a family affair - joined by their three children and a friendly, handpicked team who've come together to create a space that's as uplifting as its name suggests.

With its guiding motto, "A rising tide lifts all boats", the cafe is more than just a place to eat - it's a hub of connection, comfort and community. The curated menu features a thoughtful selection of drinks and dishes, featuring ingredients carefully sourced from local independent producers and suppliers.

Whether your visiting for a morning coffee, a leisurely lunch or a glass of wine in the afternoon sun, you'll find a warm welcome and a sense of belonging.
