Roundsquare Roastery focus' on quality and, most importantly, freshness. Our award winning beans are direct trade, ethically sourced, organic and are locally roasted.
We produce a high quality, premium product. Roundsquare Roastery fully encompasses the phrase 'affordable luxury'. We can also supply a range of coffee machines, which come with free installation, maintenance, machine and barista training, pretty much everything you would ever need to make a beautiful cup of coffee.
As Ayrshires only coffee roastery we have a unique and local product.
Our small, but passionate team are dedicated to not just the art of coffee; but the whole journey from farm to cup. With different skill sets ranging from machine maintenance to coffee roasting we came together in a bid to create the perfect cup of coffee.
In the beginning we came to the realisation that there was a lot to learn; so that's what we did. We didn't let a single coffee bean leave our roastery until we had achieved exactly what we were aiming for: the perfect roast profile; the perfect balance and the perfect cup of coffee. Months later we started to add to our range, repeating the process for every different batch of green beans. We now hold regular cupping sessions to ensure that our coffees are always consistent and always taste fantastic.
We care about where our coffee comes from and only work with importers who operate under a strict Direct Trade policy.
We use a variety of family run farms from South and Central America, all of which also act as wildlife sanctuaries and utilise our Direct Trade policy.
