Founded by our managing director, David Peters, in July 2000, we remain to this day a family-owned and family-run Scottish business based just outside Edinburgh. We pride ourselves on our family values as well as our commitment to providing local produce, and working exclusively with Scottish suppliers.
Over the years we have grown not only in size, but in reputation and now working with some of Scotland’s most prestigious venues and clientele.
We offer our clients a very bespoke, personal and diverse range of catering services, each delivered to the highest of standards. As a company, we have no desire to be the biggest in what we do, but we do aspire and have the determination to become Scotland’s best independent catering and hospitality company.
