Inspired by Nature
Located within the main house at Rufflets overlooking the award-winning gardens is Seasons.
We draw inspiration from the seasons to create changing menus where freshness is the key to flavour.
Rufflets own kitchen garden delivers a steady supply of fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables and other ingredients are sourced from the rich larder of Scottish produce available on our doorstep in the Kingdom of Fife.
Dishes are creative and ingredients imaginatively combined to capture their just-picked flavour and a daily-changing market menu cleverly showcases produce coming in from the garden.
As we look forward to the shifting seasons, new flavours and combinations become the inspiration for our head chef, David Kinnes.
If it’s not in season, it’s not on the menu.
Take a stroll through our flourishing kitchen garden, where our home grown produce starts its remarkable journey or simply sit back and soak up the views.
Large bay windows and an interior designed by creative Team 442 naturally brings the outdoors into the restaurant. Seasonal colours mingle with leafy wall art and mirrors, but the crowning glory is the comfortable booth seating and feature bay window-table which showcase the gardens and deliver an unforgettable dining experience at Seasons.
Grown with love, cooked with passion.
