Welcome to Stockan’s Oatcakes. We are based in the harbour town of Stromness and have been baking in the Orkney Islands for over 100 years. That’s quite a lot of oatcakes.
Containing only the purest ingredients, with no artificial additives, preservatives or flavourings, Stockan's combine natural oats with soft island water, to produce a range of delicious oatcakes. Our oatcakes are high in fibre, suitable for vegetarians and are very tasty.
Why not try one of our traditional triangle shaped oatcakes as a welcome addition to your cheese board, use our snack size Oat Thins to dip into a bowl of salsa or hummus, top a Mini Oatcake with prawns or avocado to make a tasty canapé or simply spread jam over our wheat-free Orkney Rounds. We even have a beremeal oatcake made from the ancient grain, bere barley and we source our beremeal direct from Orkney's own Barony Mill.
