Swadish by Ajay Kumar is committed to delivering authentic Indian cuisine and transforming people's perceptions of Indian food.
We will provide an entirely new dining experience by blending fresh, locally sourced ingredients with Indian flavour combinations. We do not understand cultural boundaries when it comes to curating our menus. We knowingly ignore those limiting factors to human creativity.
