At Taste-Talk we think it takes two to tango, but success depends on the superior whiskies, gins and chocolate products we proudly parade. In essence, the magic lies in the quality of their ingredients and the well-honed skills used in bringing them together.
At his kitchens in Grandtully beside the River Tay, Iain Burnett blends locally sourced fresh cream, the finest single origin cocoa beans, and natural
flavourings. His unique methods have won him world awards for the utterly beguiling, silky-smooth texture and aroma of his truffles.
Equally compelling, is the story behind our chosen whiskies and artisan gins each matched with perfection to their appropriate chocolate concoction. This is a triumphant Scottish story, of ancient and modern recipes, the crystal purity of local burns, the quality of grain from our straths and glens, and meticulous manufacturing skills.

Taste-Talk Flings are hosted at premier hospitality venues around the country and at our premises in Dunkeld, Perthshire the lovely gateway to the
Highlands.
Individuals, family groups, or organised parties can book a FLING through our website or by phone, email, or in person at our Dunkeld premises. Hotels and visitor attractions keen to schedule their own FLINGS are welcome to contact our Dunkeld office.

Our Taste-Talk Kits will makethe perfect gift, enabling lovers of great tasting experiences to host Flings in their own homes.
Each pack will contain a box of truffles made by Iain Burnett – The Highland Chocolatier, and whisky and gin miniatures provided by our distillery partners.
With every kit comes our specially commissioned Taste-Talk Video Guide enabling every customer to screen a movie version of our lead Ambassador, Gillian Marsh conducting a FLING, accompanied by selected modern folk songs from the wonderful area in which we are based.
