Whether you fancy some hearty homemade food, a healthy walk in our 80 acres of deciduous woods, or something To Go you will be well catered for at this friendly spot in the heart of the countryside. We are conveniently located at the crossing of the main Edinburgh-Biggar (A702) and Glasgow-Borders (A721) cross-country routes. We serve wholesome breakfasts, lunches and teas in our café from 10am until 5pm (hot food until 4pm). Our Little Red Pie Shed also dishes up delicious pies to eat-in or To Go, filter coffee, tea, our own cordials and indulgent cakes. Come and explore our original selection of gifts, sourced from talented Scottish producers. We are quietly green and pretty self sufficient. With our own turbine and biomass boiler fuelled by timber from our woodland and hill water for our loos. A stunning location and a relaxing experience await in our contemporary conversion of an old cow barn!
