Come eat in our gourmet-grunge dirty burger bar! You’ll find us nestled on 26/28 King Street in Stirling, serving outrageously delicious burgers, hotdogs, milkshakes, craft beers and cocktails. All profits donated to charity.
The Boozy Cow Stirling is the third to open in the Boozy Cow chain and she’s taken Stirling by storm. Like her predecessors, the Boozy Cow Stirling has an edgy urban interior that according to Dram Scotland is an “attack on all the senses, and also a haven for fans of pop art, graffiti and grunge, thanks to its funky, raw, urban design.” Picture paint splatters, graphic graffiti wall art and neon signs everywhere accompanied by industrial looking furniture. It’s crazy and we love it!
But more than anything, far more than our crazy interiors, we care about the quality and taste of our food. It’s all locally sourced where possible, fresh and prepared in house! This what makes our burgers so juicy, our hotdogs so scrumptious, our chilli and sauces sing with flavour and our sides so irresistible.
We really encourage our diners to get 'stuck in' to our food. All meals are served on a tray which makes for easy sharing and cutlery is completely optional. We’ll give you plenty of kitchen roll and wet wipes so don't be afraid to get your fingers and face dirty! We won’t judge.
Aside from serving finger-lickingly good food, we also serve a large range of boozylicious cocktails and craft beers! Our talented bar staff are ready every night to create an exciting and different range of cocktails that will tingle your taste buds. We’re open 12 to midnight Sunday to Thursday and 12 to 1am Friday and Saturday. You’re welcome to come party with us until the cows come home with weekly DJs, acoustic night on Thursday and various events like beer tastings.
To add to the fun, every week our chefs devise a new and crazy burger, milkshake and cocktail to amuse and delight the public. Past specials have included a macaroni cheese burger, apple pie milkshake and our version of a mojito. Be sure to ask your waiting staff what the weekly special is!
Still needing a reason to pay us a visit? All profits from the Boozy Cow Stirling are donated to local charities and good causes in or near Stirling. In no particular order these are PLUS, Start-Up Stirling, the Eilidh Brown Memorial and Stirling Carers. More details on our website.
