Our restaurant, The Grill Room, showcases the very best of the west coast’s local produce. It takes its name from the Spanish ‘Josper Grill’, which is used to sear steaks – beef and cauliflower alike – at high temperatures, sealing in the flavour. All dishes are best enjoyed with a glass of wine from our hand-picked wine or a local gin.
For more informal dining, the Atlantic Bar also serves hearty meals throughout the day. Both cater for all kinds of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan gluten-free and dairy-free.
Every day, afternoon tea is served in our Sun Lounge. It runs across the entire front of the hotel, and enjoys spectacular views out to the bay and beyond.
